It is the sole responsibility of the user, purchaser, driver, mechanic, or any person handling or using any products, parts, components, tools, setups, tuning advice, data, specifications, or recommendations associated with Atlius Racing LLC (collectively referred to as “Products”) to thoroughly familiarize themselves with all available information regarding:
- the correct installation, operation, tuning, and use of the Products
- proper care, maintenance, and inspection requirements
- all known limitations, operating parameters, safety considerations, and intended applications
If you are uncertain about the correct use, installation, maintenance, limitations, safety implications, or suitability of any Product for your intended purpose, do not use, install, or operate it under any circumstances.
Atlius Racing LLC, its owners, officers, employees, contractors, drivers, sponsors, partners, affiliates, suppliers, any original manufacturer, and all distributors, dealers, agents, representatives, and successors of the foregoing, shall not be held responsible or liable — under any circumstances — for:
- any errors, omissions, or inaccuracies in information, specifications, advice, manuals, setup sheets, videos, or other materials provided
- any damage, injury, accident, mechanical failure, loss, death, or other consequence arising from the use, misuse, improper installation, modification, maintenance, or operation of any Product
- any failure to follow recommended procedures, safety guidelines, or applicable regulations
Participation in karting and motorsport carries significant inherent risks. All individuals involved with Atlius Racing products or activities do so entirely at their own risk.
